Feeding Joy: How to Cultivate Imagination and Creativity to Overcome Disordered Eating and Make Peace with Your Body

I wrote this book about disordered eating because I understand disordered eating and no book like it exists. I have looked for decades yet nothing spoke to me in the language I longed for.

Those battling DE need a guide, someone to mirror the love and also honor the sensitivity, creativity, imaginative depth and spiritual confusion that battles with food and body so desperately mask.

This book is that guide, a friend to help you tap into your personal healing channel.  Instead of obsessing about what you ate and or didn’t eat, it is time to discover and embrace what your suffering is trying to tell you. Disordered eating compartmentalizes our minds and impacts our ability to live a full, purposeful life. Imagine if we replace the idea of “what you need to do” with “what you get to do”. Sounds way more fun doesn’t it?  That is the purpose of this book.

Lets feed some joy!
